Johnson Road Pump Station Generator #13960

The Harrison County Utility Authority will receive sealed Bids for a replacement Generator — Johnson Road Pump Station, 21131 Johnson Road, Long Beach MS 39560 until 10:00 AM, local time, September 8th, 2023, at 10271 Express Drive, Gulfport, Mississippi 39503 at which time the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bids are invited for the purchase and delivery of new generator, automatic transfer switch, placement on pedestal, start-up, load bank testing and certification.

Bids are to be addressed to the Harrison County Utility Authority, 10271 Express Drive, Gulfport, Mississippi 39503 and shall be marked “Johnson Road PS Generator.”

Bidding Documents may be examined, but not obtained, from the Harrison County Utility Authority, 10271 Express Drive, Gulfport MS, 39503. Official bid documents can be downloaded from wwA,v.hcua-msbids.com Electronic bids can be submitted at www.hcua-msbids.com Bidder will be liable for any and all costs related to obtaining documents and/or submitting bids. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Harrison County Utility Authority, or a satisfactory bid bond, executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid for Harrison County Utility Authority “Johnson Road PS Generator”, shall be submitted with each bid.

For Bids exceeding $50,000, bidder must indicate applicable Certificate of Responsibility’ Number on the outside of sealed proposal as required by Mississippi Law. For bids not exceeding $50,000, bidder must either indicate his certificate number, or else write clearly “Bid does not exceed $50,000.”

The Harrison County Utility Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids.
